You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jiliasia app will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. Account verification may be required before processing withdrawals or at any stage deemed necessary by jiliasia app. You may be asked to provide a government-issued identification document and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account restrictions.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using jiliasia app, you agree to the following obligations:

5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on jiliasia app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which may include local e-wallets, bank transfers, and debit or credit cards. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the Deposit page.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise agreed. jiliasia app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. Processing times vary by method and are subject to account verification requirements being met.
jiliasia app does not charge platform fees for standard deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, taxes, or duties imposed by Philippine law or your financial institution. 6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
jiliasia app provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond our reasonable control.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Any genuine outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements being satisfied.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of jiliasia app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
